      Definitely find someone who works for you! I had an amazing therapist that ended up moving to a private practice mt insurance didn't cover 😥 so im looking for a new one now. But you just gotta find someone you click with! Its worth it and a good therapist will help you build a good pathway of communication between your alters ❤️ good luck! If you have any questions about DID hit me up because both my husband and I have it! So lots of experience with having it and helping someone with it over here 🤗

      Yes, but be aware DID is still a controversial DX and many providers will try to label you with BPD. If you don't like the vibe or how they talk to you; it is your right to find another psychologist it took me 3 years to finally get a DX
