Idk if this is the kind of thing you were looking forward, but as someone with both (and TS, ughhh), how do your ADHD and C-PTSD interact? I feel like mine do, but I don’t know how yet…. You don’t have to answer if you don’t want to! Or if you don’t know, or only have a vague idea… I’m just trying to get some thoughts on it from people. 😅
