Am I Being Given All My Options?

If you know that your doctor doesn't offer you all the options maybe consider asking him about specific options to understand the reason why he thinks it's not right for you. If he just isn't familiar with those options you should consult another specialist.

I’ve had 4 excision surgeries now with a left endometrioma I’m being told multiple surgeries aren’t good and that my cyst is 2cm short of requiring surgery. My dr is wanting me to try orilisa anyone try it before?

If your doctor hasn’t recommended laparoscopic excision I would definitely find one that will if I were in your shoes. I asked my surgeon if he recommended ablation or excision and he said “what?”. I had the ablation anyways because I needed a diagnosis and have been put on a few medications, but i feel worse than when I started. Excision is the golden standard though and had the best results, it’s just hard to find someone who will do it.
