Always Tired: Is It Normal?

I have been really really tired a lot recently and I am not 100% sure where it is coming from. It doesn’t even matter how much sleep I get, I am just always tired. Is this normal? What should I do about this?

Talk to your doctor about it because I am always tired and it’s because of my bipolar mania 1

There are protections. I recommend registering with your job’s disability office if possible.

Idk if this is helpful but I'm 99% of the time a sleepy person because of my conditions. But when I'm on a hypo/manic cycle, I tend to get no sleep but that's like 1% of the time. The only thing that helps me when I'm super sleepy is exercising during the day.

Thing is, I rarely hit manic episodes. It’s like a once a year thing from what my psychiatrist and I discussed. So my hypo cycles usually always there. But I know when I hit a hypo cycle, but as of right now, I haven’t really been at all depressed. I feel like my usual self and just have chronic insomnia and narcolepsy.
