Always Tired, Even After Enough Sleep

I don't know how to explain but I'm always very tired even when I get enough sleep. I wake up even more tired and feeling like crap.

I was the same way and after blood test found out I was vitamin d deficient and B12. Feel great now!!

for me, my excessive sleepiness (no matter how much sleep i got) was due to sleep apnea! maybe something you look into? i had a sleep study done and got fitted with a CPAP machine after my diagnosis. my quality of sleep has improved tenfold :)

That happens to me too. I can get 2 hours of sleep and 9 hours of sleep and I’ll feel the same either way
