"Conditions of uncertainty, anxiety, or fear are typically associated with amygdala hyperactivity (1, 2). Accordingly, it has long been suspected that amygdala hyperactivity contributes to paranoia." Found that info on the web. Sometimes it helps me to put a name to the source of the problem in the brain and know which part of the brain to blame.

It comes with the territory to be honest is what I found because it's like your brain interprets things differently so it makes you scared of everything like I get super scared at night not only because my brain can't really see things very well cuz my eyesight is poor so it makes up what's there also I live in a bad neighborhood so like any kind of things that I can't really see it's a person going to attack me so it's it kind of comes with the territory with that but it's just finding things that help you like I don't leave my house when it gets dark out so I'm I'm limited to daylight hours
