Does anyone know why I would feel hungry and thirsty all the time? I'm talking, eating and not feeling full (I know you're not suppose to eat until you feel stuffed,) but I'm eating and it feels like the food is evaporating in my mouth lol and its not getting to my stomach, and I'm excessively thirsty but not dehydrated if that makes sense like I'll drink water and my pee would still come out clear so I'm not like malnourished or anything. My doctor had ruled out: Diabetes and animea, my kidneys seem to be working fine. but I'm stumped... I'm eating healthy, I'm drinking a good amount of water (I'm honestly scared I'm drinking too much because like I said I'm excessively thirsty and my thirst is never quenched) What else should we check?

Hormonal studies make sure your pituitary and thyroid glands are ok. If you get a dry mouth tell your doctor you may have more esoteric disorder. If all your labs are normal then you might explore the behavioral component.

I’m in the veterinary field and dogs do a very similar thing and it’s an anxiety / behavioral related issue. Food and water becomes their coping mechanism of choice. Not saying your a dog but maybe another avenue to look at.
Acid reflux. Sounds strange but whenever my acid reflux gets bad my first symptom is always feeling hungry. Your brain can confuse the feelings of extra acid in your digestive track with hunger.
