Looking for Alternatives to Zoloft for Depression, Anxiety, and PTSD

what are better alternatives to zoloft I take it for depression anxiety and ptsd but I have issues with disassociating and I get really dizzy I was thinking of some different medications but wasn't sure what to go about using with out hearing about some personal experiences and side effects

I use Prozac.... I tried everything out there and it has been the only med I tolerate and that actually helps me. However, I'd say I have a cocktail controlling my symptoms. Prozac, diazepam, Prazosin, nortriptyline, something for sleep as well as cannabis. The drs are still tweaking my meds but so far so good.

you can try a different medication in the same class as zoloft like lexapro or Paxil, or you could try any other depression med like Effexor or Cymbalta
