Looking for alternatives to Vyvanse for ADHD symptoms

is there anything else that'll help more than Vyvanse? my main issues that I need treated is like really bad focusing issues, retaining information, easily forgetting alot of things, emotional stability and being in general awake/not feel exhausted

Can you help? connect today

I would like to know as well. I've been on Vyvanse 70mg for probably 10 years now. It worked really well for me but in the past year has not done much to help me. I have all the same issues. I've tried Adderall and all it did was make me irritable. If you find something that works better please let me know and if I find something better I will let you know. 😒

only other medicine I've been on is Concerta I got used to it very quickly somehow by not taking it over the summer with no positive affect even with a up of my dosage to 40mg my Vyvanse still does me well but I'm terrified of getting used to it and not being able to find a medicine that works as I NEED medication to pass school because of how bad my focusing and information retention is

I've been on Nuvigil (Armodafinil) for years now and it's really helped me. I'm currently on a combination of Nuvigil and Adderall because I'm so tired all the time, but I notice that the Nuvigil is the one that "wakes up" my mind, while the Adderall more affects my physical fatigue. It's apparently used as a narcolepsy medication, but my therapist (who was not the prescriber) used to put a lot of emphasis on how it makes you focus.

I’m on Adderall and it works for me. I don’t function well without it. I’ve tried Concerta and it did nothing for me. Maybe ask your doc and see what they think?
