Eat small meals, make sure they’re safe foods for you. If your doctor reccomends, then go on a low fat and low fiber diet as reducing those helps stomach motility. Fat and fiber sit in the stomach for longer and worsen symptoms. Make sure you’re getting plenty of liquids and try to do some light exercises regularly as it’s also good for stomach motility :) during a really bad time stick to soft foods or liquids. Also, do some research! Try and figure out if there’s a treatment plan you are interested in. I’m currently doing that myself. 💕
