Figuring out your triggers and developing strategies to combat those triggers. For me, I am triggered by lack of control or the unknown. I like having things planned in advanced and having a routine. It helps to ground me and makes me more comfortable.

When I feel like I can't go on, I set a timer for 1 minute. I make myself do something for even just 1 minute. If I hate it and want to stop, after 1 minute I can stop. This could be deep breaths, meditation, stretching, standing outside, etc. Most of the time, once I've started it feels good and I keep doing it for awhile. And it builds me up to know that I've accomplished even 1 thing in a day.
