also remember to be as careful with herbal remedies as you would with any pharmaceutical. Herbs are where modern medicine came from, and bad interactions absolutely Can and Do happen. Don't DIY anything if you aren't sure. Professionals in the field of herbal medicine do exist, and you should try to get in touch with one before you go mixing a whole bunch of stuff yourself

There is an herbal remedy for nearly every ailment and condition. I would encourage you to write down a list of symptoms that are interfering with your everyday life and seek an herbal remedy for each one. Some herbal remedies cover multiple symptoms so definitely look into those! I am currently looking into this myself and will post what I learn 🥰
