Hi all! I have IBS and sometimes the pain can be serve. I take hyoscyamine and it helps a little, but it doesn’t always work. Is there any alternatives you guys take and use? I’ve read that CBD gummy sometimes helps people but just wanna know.

Some people with IBS have found relief from symptoms by using CBD oil or gummies. Other alternatives mentioned include Tummy Drops which contain peppermint oil, probiotics, chamomile tea, and avoiding trigger foods. Some also suggested therapy and learning to surrender to what you're feeling. Pantoprazole 40mg was also recommended to lessen some pain. However, it's important to remember that not everything works for everyone and it can be a process of trial and error.

I have had IBS since I was 18. I take dicyclomine when it gets bad. I had to learn what things in my diet would set it off. I also learned that it was sometimes a cumulative effect. I could eat some things wirh no immediate effect but if I continued eating it I would suffer. Now I am gluten free and learned that most raw vegetables will set me off. I just eat them cooked and I'm fine.
