My psychologist recommended to come up with a daily self care routine and also exercise 🙏

I would put my bet on long term absence of smoking Marijuana and tobacco. I smoked both for forty years and quitting both gave me the drive to begin exercising. After that I had a spiritual awakening followed by the desire to learn so at age 48 I got my GED. Then a also attained 3 vocational certificates, CDL, computer technology, and horticulture. I never had that drive while smoking pot!

honestly I have thought of cutting it off but I never thought of it as the reason why I have no motivation even when I was younger before I started smoking I’ve felt the same as I do now and the only purpose I use smoking is to help me sleep from my insomnia but this is a worth a shot consider this day 1 of no smoking 🥳

Just know it is going to be worse before it gets better, caniboids store up in your fatty cells and you will crave what you are used to, depression, and emotional. You cannot just take it away without replacing the void. I filled my void with exercise, diet, meditation, and spiritual enlightenment. Good luck man, it will not be easy, like I said, I smoked 40+ years, and I really like to smoke, like bud alot, I just know now how negatively it impacted my whole life.

Look up anti inflammation diet online and follow it to the best of your ability. And exercise. Even just a walk for 10 min each day 👣
