Alternative ways to manage POTS when medication doesn't work

I'm not responding to medication, are there any alternative ways to manage POTS?

Saline infusions are incredibly helpful for a lot of POTS people but for long term treatment it requires a central line. I’ve been on them (plus meds) for over 2 years. I was bed bound before starting them and I actually have liveable hours in a day now.
