We have been dairy and gluten free for 4 years and eat naturally low carb primarily plant based because of that (son has celiac). Are there any specific foods that help?

I've heard low carb is a good one for PCOS and in the past my doc has suggested the Mediterranean diet. I'm not currently on any type of diet. It's great that you are avoiding dairy and gluten, those are inflammation triggering foods. How long have you been gluten/dairy free?

A PCOS friendly diet, and exercise! This will help with hormones and lower your risk of diabetes and heart disease. There are also some good vitamin formulations for PCOS. Drink plenty of water. Find some stress relief activities that work for you to keep cortisol levels down.
