Getting on a solid schedule for meals has helped me a lot-- anything to make a schedule happen helps even if it's just "on Monday I take a walk, on Tuesday I play animal crossing," etc I've found it lets my brain relax

Having a solid support system, people you can lean on to help you fight negative thought patterns. Reminding you that you are loved and its worth being here when your brain is telling you otherwise. Medication and therapy are only part of the long journey of fighting depression, make sure you have loved ones by your side too.
Hi, I pray. God loves you! He will help you overcome your depression or help you through it. I’ve had depression for 35 years. I am now able to come to terms with my depression. The Lord has helped me get through major depression episodes. He loves you and will help you whatever you’re going through! Blessings and prayers for you! 🤗
