It entirely depends on what issues you have going on, it's different for everyone and every situation, though good ol fashion self care never hurt anyone, bubble baths, facials meditation, even just watching a feel-good movie can help improve your mood

You cod seek out a naturopathic doctor to prescribe you plant medicine. There are some really affective, low/ no side-effects ones that Im a big fan of. There are some that have helped me for years now. I used to have trouble leaving the house, but if i take my morning one then I genuinely do not have an issue with it anymore. I hope this is helpful insight!

Right now I’m just starting TMS therapy (they use a magnet to stimulate brain) to hopefully be able to help some depression/anxiety/adhd/ptsd symptoms. Of course staying with meds and normal therapy treatments to work on myself as well though.

Almost everyone can be helped through yoga! Obviously it won't take away all your symptoms, and isn't a trade off for disease managing medications, but it is amazing for both physical and mental health. One of the reasons I like it so much is that you can adapt it to your own body.. push-ups are push-ups no matter what, but yoga can always be adjusted to be easier and more relaxing on all bodies.

Resting whenever possible! Self-care and not pushing yourself too hard
