In my experience, whatever changes you make will likely take at least 90 days to yield results if you are taking a natural route, so you might be on the right track already!

You should see an endocrinologist— if you can, find a reproductive endocrinologist (they usually specialize in PCOS). When I went 5 months with no period I was given a 7 day dose of medroxyprogesterone; it’s a form of progesterone and can jumpstart your period again. I would recommend asking your doctor, even an OBGYN if you have one. If you don’t, that’s ok! Never too late to find a doc :)
Yes! Read the book “8 steps to reverse your PCOS” by Fiona McCulloch- it is an incredible resource. Also check out Dr Natalie Underberg. Her Instagram is @the.pcos.doc - she is incredible and has helped me so much.
@EmiEmi thank you so much! i’m newly diagnosed so this whole journey has been insane
@button_1209 I can relate. It’s been so so hard. I now only treat my PCOS alternatively and it’s changed my life.
