Alternative Treatments to Methotrexate for Arthritis

There was a recent study done on the effectiveness of a plant based diet for patients with RA, majority of the subject were able to decrease there meds after switching.

I don't use prescription medicine for my arthritis. I have had some severe side affects to some. I try to exercise, avoid sugar, caffeine, and inflammatory foods. I do use some essential oils that work quite well. Copaiba is awesome.
