if you’re willing to try it, therapy? it didn’t work for me, so i turned to self help books! i have so many i can recommend that are interactive and journal like :) i finally realized what i needed to do , after 7 years, was to make boundaries. i learned that from a book, not from being in therapy since i was 8 years old. but it never hurts to try new things!💓
