Other than meds, are there any alternative or homeopathic treatments or routines that can help keep my condition stable rather than fluctuate?

My doctor has started me on an elimination diet for 30 days to see if it will help reset. I have low blood pressure, high cholesterol, and almost no cortisol. She will run my labs after. Detox and then medication. I feel like the elimination diet will leave me more drained but I hope it will help. Trying to trust the process.
I would definitely never come off meds. In my own case, even with meds, my symptoms fluctuate and I guess more than anything I don’t know whether or not that is normal.
There may be some alternative treatments for some of the symptoms of addisons but no alternative or homeopathic treatments have been proven to imitate the key hormones that Addison’s disease patients no longer produce on their own. Not going on steroids to mimic cortisol like playing chicken in the middle of Chicago highway traffic, I won’t end well
