How can I treat tourettes without medication? my meds aren’t working for it. I’ve tried CBD and it doesn’t work

There's a few non-medicinal therapies/treatment options. There's a way to replace loud/unwanted/inappropriate tics with less disruptive ones. Talking to a Neurologist or a Psychiatrist can really show you the options, and you can see if there's anything you can do to help 💞
