Alternative treatments for PCOS?

I have pcos and hx of blood clots and my doctor tries to avoid it all together to prescribe it. I have been on provera to stop bleeding and to start periods. I know there’s also a slight risk of blood clots that way too so I don’t like to be on it for a long period of time, and had a horrible experience with it last time I was prescribed it. Recently tho something that kinda works for me but might not work for everyone is that I’ve been limiting carbs but not cutting it out totally and doing low intensity workouts at least 3 times a week.
