Alternative treatments for PCOS?

I am unable to take birth control due to being high risk for blood clots. knowing that is the main treatment for pcos, have you heard of any other treatments?

I have pcos and hx of blood clots and my doctor tries to avoid it all together to prescribe it. I have been on provera to stop bleeding and to start periods. I know there’s also a slight risk of blood clots that way too so I don’t like to be on it for a long period of time, and had a horrible experience with it last time I was prescribed it. Recently tho something that kinda works for me but might not work for everyone is that I’ve been limiting carbs but not cutting it out totally and doing low intensity workouts at least 3 times a week.
