      I take vitamin/mineral supplements. For record I have hashimotos thyroiditis, borderline personality disorder, exocrine pancreatic insufficiency, irritable bowel syndrome, anorexia and mthfr mutation. I take vitamin D and magnesium on top of daily meds to help with symptom management ❤️

      If you have the money for it and have it in your area, ozone treatments are absolutely worth it!
