I have done a lot of research and you can do the same, you will find a lot of online doctors that help with hypothyroidism. Some of the things I have found are getting your B12 levels checked, and your D3, and four iron labs (stop the thyroid madness, Is great book) also taurine, selenium, liposomal vitamin C, eating eggs for breakfast, making sure you eat breakfast first thing before coffee even if it’s just a little some thing and then having your main breakfast after is OK. I also take alpha GPC which is a form of choline and desiccated liver Grassfed, it has all the B vitamins in it as well as some iron since I don’t like eating liver. Eating healthy Whole Foods grass fed wild caught etc. and fruit in between meals and before bed has also helped! 🙏🌹
