Swimming or other water exercises because it reduces chances or injury or overdoing it. Keeping moving is so key to living with this, just pace always pace yourself. Medication for fibro or pain never actually helped me at all. I was on anxiety medication for a few years following a trauma, and it actually helped reduce my flare ups more than anything else I've ever tried. Simply reducing my stress and reactions to stress lessened the amount and severity of flare ups. After removing those medications, I just focus on keeping myself as stressfree and mindful as possible and it has definitely improved my daily life.

I use the cream.. it does feel really good when applying it and it smells good as well.. but after about 15 minutes after applying it’s just cold but doesn’t really take away the pain

Have you tried walking or tai chi? They both are good for Fibromyalgia. I’ve heard water exercising is good too, I haven’t tried it yet. I haven’t found any medication yet that works for me.
