      Hi! I tried the supplement Ovasitol and it worked well for me when I was actually taking it consistently. Also, there are vitamins like berberine, magnesium, omega 3's and beyond that are great for cysters like us 😊

      Ive heard accpuncture is amazing...unfortunately my ins doesnt cover it so i cannot do it consistanly but its not scary at all actually its very relaxing

      One thing to look at might be Chinese medicine acupuncturist. So long as they are very knowledgeable about pcos.
