possibly marijuana? please please talk to a doctor first before using this though. marijuana seems to help my adhd symptoms and make me happy stim (i am also Autistic, and have ocd tendencies)

  @strawb i also would suggest DBT and trying to “unmask” your ADHD to avoid adhd burnout. start doing things that soothe you even if they look crazy to others like using fidgets or repetitive actions to sooth the extreme symptoms while unmedicated. this helps me with both my ASD and ADHD
