essential oils, meditating, medication, and cbt personally did not work for my anxiety/depression, but eating nutrient-dense foods daily, moving my body, interacting with people who are supportive, cutting away toxic people/habits, exploring hobbies/interests (keeping busy), and taking breaks from school/work (purposeful rest, medical leaves) were helpful to me!
aromatherapy and CBT. Even just talking to a therapist or a friend can help:)
Have you looked into cognitive behavioral therapy or any other form of talk therapy? That could be very beneficial
