      Visualization and meditation are good diversions , deep breathing exercises help calm escalating pain!

      I recently got diagnosed with RSD & it’s a weird coincidence that my mom has it too (I guess there’s a genetic component?). She & I are super close to begin with and talking with her helps SO MUCH. It helps to troubleshoot how to adjust to living with the pain and also to have someone to vent to who truly understands what it’s like. Absolutely talking with other ppl will help you feel less isolated. 💕

      PT, and OT will help you a lot. I have body wide CRPS and use both periodically throughout the year, I also work with a trainer.
