Apart from medication, what helps me the most is performing meditation, breathing exercises, and mindfulness. I highly recommend it!

Reason why it stopped you panic attacks is because it boosts endorphins into your bloodstream to calm you down it's happened to me and it's the best feeling and I go back to sleep within seconds

Box breathing (the 4-7-8) has helped me the most, more than anything (non-pharma anyway). It has even stopped a few panic attacks in their tracks. Run it by your doctor, though.

Therapy treatment like CBT, practicing mindfulness, yoga or breathing exercises and most importantly talking about your feeling with others, friends and family.
