      Apart from medication, what helps me the most is performing meditation, breathing exercises, and mindfulness. I highly recommend it!

      Box breathing (the 4-7-8) has helped me the most, more than anything (non-pharma anyway). It has even stopped a few panic attacks in their tracks. Run it by your doctor, though.
