As a follow-up to Cindy33, if you have fibro and also have mobility limitations due to other conditions, you can look into gentle chair yoga, for which you are seated.

Working out! It doesn't have to be difficult but it's important to move our body. Doing activities like walking, yoga or pilates help me a lot!

Medical marijuana, mindfulness activities, gentle stretching, therapy to help with mental aspect. Trauma can be carried in the body and cause chronic pain so if that’s a factor, addressing the underlying trauma can be helpful.

Lots of stretching. Mindfulness meditation. Guided breathing exercises. Progressive muscle relaxation. Chiropractic medicine. Acupuncture. Therapeutic massage. Biofeedback. Psychotherapy to cope with the stresses of chronic illness.
