Muscle relaxers, antidepressants (yes for pain), NSAIDs, topicals such as lidocaine, heat, ice, massage, chiropractic, acupuncture, physical therapy, epidural steroid injections, trigger point injections, dietary changes, dietary supplements (antioxidants, amino acids, electrolytes), stretching and exercise, psychological therapy, support groups.

I'm on lyrica which only helps with pin prick nerve pain. I also see a physiatrist and a physical therapist. If I can ever afford a chiropractor again or a massage therapist, I'm hitting that up. If medical marijuana is legal in your area, I've found that it really helps with the FM pain. You don't even need to take enough to get a buzz and you're low-pain for about 3 days.

unfortunately, medical marijuana is still very illegal in my state, or i would do that. Its helped family and friends in legal states.

Yea, I'm on some meds for it, but it only seems to help my neuropathy.
