I'm asking for suggestions on alternative treatments for ADHD that have worked for people. I've been on Adderall and Ritalin- both immediate and extended release, but they stopped working for me pretty quickly. I've also tried Wellbutrin and Intuniv. Right now I'm consuming a LOT of caffeine and it just isn't cutting it anymore. I started taking flaxseed oil to supplement my Omega 3-6-9 needs, and also started taking a grape seed extract. Anybody have any luck with mushrooms like Lion's man? I'm nervous that I'll have nausea from it and it's making me too anxious to try. (Wellbutrin gave me crippling nausea and I have everyday nausea problems in general)

Some people have found success with Lion's Mane mushroom supplements for ADHD, as it may help with mood control and motivation. Additionally, green tea or matcha powder can be used as a natural stimulant without the side effects of coffee. It's important to note that individual experiences may vary, and it's always best to consult with a healthcare professional before trying new supplements.

I personally had zero luck with lion's mane or any of those mushrooms, they all just put me to sleep, but I've been really liking fermented maca root. I get it from CVS. It's a mild stimulant, makes me feel calmer and more clear headed.
