What are the alternative / homeopathic treatments that I should be trying?

      I use magnesium, b vitamins, d3and K2, and calcium. It took a long time to get the dose right but it helped enough with pain and fatigue that i have now lost 40lbs. (I'm 250 now). I stared with D3 and K2, then vitamin B and C together. (That's just because, not my fibromyalgia) they are water soluble so too much leaves pretty easy if you drink enough without side effects. Then magnesium and added a little more each week until it felt right. Then the calcium. But when I lost weight i have to come back down on the magnesium and calcium. My only problem with them is i feel like I'm dependent on them. If i don't take them all the pain all the fatigue and the 🤢 just comes back faster than it takes to go away again. I feel bad for a week or two just missing 2 days.

        @JustRachelle Cannabis definitely helps me but I find that it knocks me out or makes me too high so I can't take it if I'm working or taking care of my young daughter. I can't smoke or vape because I get very bad bronchitis when my lungs are irritated. Is there a type of cannabis that one could use and still be of sound mind?
