Other than meds, what other options are available to me for my condition?

That’s awesome that you found something that works great for you. I also don’t do well in Triptans; they make my heart heavy.

The thing that has helped me a lot is finding out what my major triggers are and accommodating to make sure I’m not exposed to those things. As much as possible anyway. I found that dairy is a big trigger for me so I avoid it and it helps. Meets my meds halfway.

Thank you! When I do remember to avoid my triggers I do feel better too:-)

I’m going to try vitamin B2 (riboflavin). It has been shown to help, so that’s my next step.

Honestly when I have my migraines a plain ice pack on back of neck or on forehead helps me more than anything.

I’ve tried so many things. Botox, every med available, SPG block, massage, braces. In the end found my migraines was being caused by neck problems. I needed surgery.

I use Nurtec to stop a migraine and it’s been so so great. Triptans just make me sick.
