Other than medication and physical therapy, are there any other treatment options?

I see a chiropractor 2x a week to keep me upright and be walking. She's used Tens/EMS, heat/ice, laser, ultrasound and massage.

Hi, There is always an option for surgical intervention, but it's usually a last resort. How are you coping so far?

I had spinal stenosis, herniated discs, degenerative disc disease, sacriolitis, scoliosis and some other things and I decided to have a lumbar microdiscectomy done back in 2018. It fixed me. I still get some sciatica and stiffness here and there if I sit or stand too long but that surgery saved my life. You may want to look into it.

I had a few rounds of epidural steroids (x-ray guided) and that was really helpful for me.

I had 2 rounds of epidural steroid injections. The first one didn’t last long and the second one has worked for months now. Also, took oral steroids to get the inflammation down.
