Alternative remedies for migraines?

Peppermint tea helps me. I started growing it in my backyard so I could have access to it whenever I needed it.

Caffeine Cold or hot compress Bath or shower

Marijuana usually helps me with my migraines but sometimes being in a dark room no sound no light also helps.

Ice pack wrapped around your temples, eyes & the base of your skull; sufficient electrolytes especially magnedium and potassoum, oregano oil at your temples if you don't mind smelling like an Italian dinner, rubbing the accupressure points in the web of your hand between your thumb & forefinger (find the tender spot closer to the base of your pointer finger & massage that for at least 30 secs); have someone massage your neck, shoulders & base of your skull... I hope you find something that helps!!!
