Hi friend! I’ve found that both CBT and DBT have given me some really helpful skills to help me communicate more. I’ve also found two books that have helped me: “Coping with BPD” by Dr. Blaise Aguirre & Dr. Gillian Galen and “Borderline Personality Disorder Demystified” by Dr. Robert Friedel. (It’s so hard to find books that don’t make people with BPD into villains, so I HIGHLY recommend these two. Also, these two books were recommended to ME by another individual with BPD!) Hope this helped!
