I’ve taken different products from Silverfernbrand and the upper GI relief is really good, also taking probiotics. I’ve started to feel much better

No luck with medicines, besides the long term side effects. I am wondering if you or your doctor have considered surgery?

no it's a small hernia. But I have a shatski ring so they want me to be on ppis long term. I would rather fix the issue causing it. Instead of just taking medication with more side effects than the problem. But that's not how doctors operate
