Alternative medicine for adult ADHD

does anybody know of any alternative medicine that really helps with ADHD I'm an adult and I cannot find a physician to prescribe me medicine for it and it has been acting up really bad.

Same, tried strattera and didn't do anything. I have 3 kids and not being able to concentrate, never finish any chores or tasks without jumping to another, legs wont stay still when sitting, rambling talking ect.

This may not be helpful, but if doctors won't, a psychiatrist will... But I believe there's non stimulant ADHD medication (if that's their problem with it).... I don't know their names or their effectiveness but something to look into. :)

yeah they tried me on the non-stimulant ADHD meds and they didn't do anything for me I need the ones that actually do stimulate but those are what they won't prescribe
