Thoughts on, and have u tried any herbal remedies, natural medicine/ holistic, or alternative medicine? If so what was it, for what, nd did it help ? 💕

      Strong ginger tea, really helped my throat, when I was sick with a sore throat.

      So I didn’t do any supplements but I went and saw a Buddhist meditation teacher and it truly changed my life for the bette. Learning how to really mediate with a teacher is such a different experience than using any of the apps like headspace an stuff like that. I’ve found myself having so many more peaceful days now- I have been panic attack free for 4 months :)

          @Nal im not sure where your located but I found mine through a Buddhist monestary. If you look into plum village it’s a really good branch of Buddhism. The monestary I attended was called magnolia grove monestary (it’s in Mississippi and apart of plum village) and I went to their retreats and became friends with a meditation teacher :)

      I did functional medicine for about 8 months, it ended up being a huge waste of money and didn’t even remotely help me. The most useful thing they recommended was checking my cortisol levels, which ended up being really low, and we got me off one of my meds because of it. The diet they recommended also helped with pain, but I could have found the diet on my own (paleo). I’m sure for some conditions and individuals it’s more helpful but for me it wasn’t worth it at all.

      I use essential oils, especially frankincense and a blend called "valor" that has lots of calming oils. Also, one of the best things for my anxiety is getting good sleep and having a sleep schedule.

        @catlover55 Ouu ok ima have to try it I love essential oils ,, I needa fix my sleep schedule I have a hard time falling asleep then when I do I wake up a bunch
