Looking for an alternative medication for bipolar disorder

Any advice on an alternative medication/antipsychotic from Seroquel that will control my appetite, let me sleep, and keep my bipolar disorder in check?

I take Lithium for my mood but it can cause issues with your kidneys. They just started me on Lamotrigine which my doctor said is used for Bipolar and migraines

No, I've tried Asenapine also called Saphris that increased my appetite but didn't sleep great, Vraylar that caused restlessness, and Lamictal that caused headaches. I'm scared to try something else but I don't want to settle for this increased appetite on Seroquel either.
