Alternative Birth Control Methods?
Has anyone else found a solution for birth control other than just taking pills? I was told by my doctor due to the progesterone level of the cycles being irregular that I had to stay on pills though I'm sure that isn't entirely true. I'm sure I could take some specific vitamin or something.

I have a nexplanon and it works wonders. I know it's not for everyone but it works for me. It's implanted into your arm and you don't have to worry about it. I am forgetful with meds so this helps
