Looking for alternative ADHD medications

I've been taking Adderall since I was first diagnosed and I've noticed that it's not as effective as it used to be(I'm at the max dosage for me). What are some other medications that have similar side effects that might work better?

I second @hotgirlstomachissues I've heard a lot about Vyvanse, and it may be your next best option. A lot of people say it's the best stimulant on the market atm.

i think vyvanse is the most similar but i have only taken vyvanse and talked with my psychiatrist about adderall so i might be wrong
