Struggling with Severe Acne: Looking for Alternative Treatments

other than meds, are there other treatments that might help me? because i am now struggling from severe acne since 7th grade. everytime i go to a doctor they just suggest i use meds or a cream but they never seem to work!

Add spearmint to your diet! That really helps something in the gut and clears that up❤️ Also, go to a 'gut' doctor, they can help you figure out what can help you. That is typically the cause of serious acne. Rarely is it "skin deep "

Try using organic honey! Warm it first and then apply it.. let it sit for a while and then wash it off with warm water. Hope this helps.
