Need Help with Allergies and Exercise

Hi! I have many allergies but the one I have the most challenge with is getting hives whenever I work out. I’ve never spoken to anyone with this same challenge and feel sometimes like I’m the only one. Looking for new things to try in the hopes to once again work out comfortably. :) looking forward to any help!

I mainly get sweat flare up while I'm sleeping. Mostly where I sweat the most. When at the gym, I drink LOADS of water before and after each set, which helps immensely. I used to do thru hikes, no its less than 20 mile hikes due to flare ups

I’m also allergic to sweat. I can’t do anything more than walking :(

Same! It just sucks because I used to like to be active and any activity is just unpleasant now.

i have a condition called cholinergic urticaria, i get hives whenever i sweat. i take zyrtec, it helps somewhat, but i recommend wearing looser clothes, drinking water, and working out in cool places.
