Possible Allergic Reaction or Something Else?

How do I know if what I just experienced was allergic reaction to what I just ate, a stroke, or simply anxiety? After I finished eating I started feeling bad. But it didn’t mimic my normal anxiety attacks. I even got slightly numb and tingly on my face. Side cheek and tongue. I warm and cold. Heard racing some but not as hard as usually. I got weak. And really shaky. And numbness came in waves. It was soon after eating and lasted 20/30 ish mins maybe.

If you are concerned about it being allergies, I recommend getting an allergy panel done. Even if what you were experiencing wasn't an allergic reaction, it can help you know what might trigger one in the future. I've had a few in my lifetime, and other than being itchy, it's really helpful for my anxiety too. I don't have to worry about being afraid of different foods as much, but I do still have to read labels.
