Considering an All Carnivore Diet for My Mental Health

hello! my name is Elizabeth. I have many nicknames. though Lizzy is my favorite. I am happily married. I'm interested and considering doing an all carnivore diet. I got suggested to by my Dr to do keto for my health. like my mental health. but I hate veggies a lot! and I've been researching the carnivore diet which is just keto without the veggies and it's got even better reviews that keto! so that's an intro to mešŸ˜€

      I love meat! And real butter on hamburger is like my favorite favorite food. And buttery eggs yum. So I think this diet will be great for me. But definitely everything I hear and read does say it's good for everyone but not necessarily for everyone. So I get it!! I'm not really into fruits either. But I'm addicted to carbs and I know they are the source of all my issues. So I gotta boot them.

      I've never heard of a carnivore diet. I'd have to add the veggies or id get sick of just meat. Lol. Good luck on your search about it.
